Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

OVERVIEW:

Working as Full-time Supplier Operations, you will be responsible for driving compliance of our standard operating procedure initiatives within our supplier community. You will be working closely with our Distribution Centers on all non-conformances and also with our Product Development, Product Logistics, Purchasing, Forecasting, Supply Chain and Traffic departments to assure that our Suppliers perform optimally throughout our distribution network.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to;

o Working with our supplier community to achieve perfect shipments

o Communicating our standard operating procedures to our supplier community

o Communicating their non-conforming shipments

o Showing continued improvement with all supplier scorecards

o Running reports and performing data entry to identify new action items

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

o Excellent written and oral communication skills

o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite

o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented

o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities

o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills

o Work independently as well as in a team environment

o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork

o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

o Possess or are working towards a degree in Supply Chain, Operations or Business OR have relevant work experience
