Advantage Technical is hiring a Human Resources & Payroll Administrator for a key position supporting employees, leadership, and operations across multiple departments. This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role where accuracy, collaboration, and expertise truly matter.

You'll serve as a trusted resource for payroll administration while providing cross-functional HR support to Human Resources, Finance, Operations, and Headquarters teams. If you enjoy owning complex processes, improving systems, and being the go-to expert-this role delivers.

What You'll Do



  • Administer ADP systems (HRIS, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Reporting)
  • Process bi-weekly, bonus, off-cycle, and expatriate payrolls accurately and on time
  • Ensure compliance with wage/hour laws, garnishments, and state/federal reporting
  • Maintain employee data, audits, reconciliations, and payroll reporting
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and support HR initiatives
  • Create ad-hoc and recurring reports (401(k), FSA, accruals, labor costs)
  • Support HR audits, benefits coordination, LOAs, and system enhancements




What We're Looking For



  • Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent experience)
  • 4-6 years of HR experience
  • 3-5 years of payroll experience (highly desired)
  • Strong ADP, HRIS, and Excel skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion
