Staff Accountant

We're partnering with an innovative organization in the supply chain / clinical operations space to hire a Staff Accountant who will play a critical role in scaling the company's accounting function.

This is a direct-hire opportunity offering strong visibility, meaningful impact, and long-term growth as the business continues to expand. They do work a hybrid schedule of at least 3 days in office.   Manage inventory accounting and support supply chain and clinical operations teams

  Support monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and annual budget preparation

  Monitor weekly and monthly cash flow to ensure financial accuracy and visibility

  Prepare and maintain financial reports using QuickBooks and advanced Excel

  Partner with leadership to track expenses, manage budgets, and support strategic decisions

  
  
• 
  

  Act as the primary liaison with the external CPA firm

  
  
• 
  

  Support the development and implementation of custom accounting and operational systems

  
  
• 
  

  Collaborate closely with the CFO and cross-functional partners

  
  

• 
  

  3-5+ years of accounting experience in a fast-paced or startup environment

  
  
• 
  

  Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks and advanced Excel (required)

  
  
• 
  

  Experience with inventory accounting or supply chain environments preferred

  
  
• 
  

  Exposure to Cin7 or similar inventory/supply chain systems is a plus

  
  
• 
  

  CPA preferred but not required

  
  
• 
  

  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)

  
  
• 
  

  Startup mindset: adaptable, proactive, quick learner, and comfortable wearing multiple hats

  Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with senior leadership
