Responsibilities:



  • Manages SCM PSI activities, including selling, sellout, inventory, and WOS.
  • Communicates professional emails to the account team, client teams, and headquarters, and articulates complex updates in a simplified way.
  • Communicates face-to-face with account team, client teams, and RPM teams.
  • Reports on product PSI status, understands and executes decisions based on two sets of numbers: the internal set of numbers and the customer's corresponding set of numbers.
  • Strong awareness of sales activities, promotions in the market, promotional performance, and costs.
  • Works closely with the sales team and holds sales counterparts accountable, engages sales to drive improved sellout performance; has a deep understanding of numbers and ability to interpret sales results, drives actions and results.
  • Create and maintain financial analysis reports for the NC team and its respective sales channel.
  • Analyze actual financial data; create and manage an investment tracker for NC and the sales channel.
  • Perform post-mortem analysis on promotions.
  • Respond to all NCME financial-related requests and perform ad-hoc analysis as needed.
  • Liaison between the NC team and the financial management team to support financial-related requests.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company.
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.
  • Demonstrate competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels.
  • Collect and understand relevant market data and apply it to the financial plan.
  • Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve customer business objectives, personal and team goals, and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications.
  • Develop tasks and work assignments, based on sometimes vaguely defined objectives.



Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; an advanced degree preferred
  • 4+ years of experience, and must have financial acumen and be highly analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills a must
  • High energy and ability to learn quickly
  • Can work under varying work pressures, flexible, and change environment
  • Strong desire to work in a highly collaborative environment

  • Ability to use a structured problem-solving approach in an ambiguous situation
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to establish and develop data models, scenario-based analysis, and other deep analytical approaches to solve business and sales problems
  • Ability to work in a team environment, working against individual and shared objectives
  • Ability to accept tasks and work to resolve problems when only broad and general guidelines exist
