Decedent Solutions Associate Saint Petersburg, FL 33716 Pay Rate: $23/hr Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office per week) Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm EST Description Provides sensitive, procedural support for managing deceased clients' accounts, involving research, data entry, resolving issues for financial advisors, handling basic inquiries, maintaining records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Job Duties: * Client & Internal Support: Assist financial advisors and internal teams with complex decedent account issues. * Issue Resolution: Research and resolve escalated account problems, recommending appropriate solutions. * Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing basic inquiries and directing complex ones. * Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, maintain client files, and manage financial records. * Transaction Processing: Process financial transactions accurately and handle account updates. * Compliance: Follow mandatory procedures and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications: * High School Diploma/GED Equivalent * Strong organizational and time management skills * At least 2 years of recent experience within the financial services * At least 40 WPM typing ability #priorityeast Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of St. Petersburg, FL.
