*This is an in office position.

DESCRIPTION:

Support internal departmental projects and enterprise application upgrades. Act as the link between project teams and organizational leadership to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with lines of business to document scope, objectives, resource requests, schedule, and deliverables.
  • Extract stakeholder requirements and translate to business needs into project solutions.
  • Manage stakeholder check-ins, capture updates, and document action items.
  • Coordinating delivery schedules across business and technical teams.
  • Liaison to business units, ensuring clear, timely communication across project lifecycles.
  • Monitor milestones, escalating risks or issues and coordinating mitigation efforts.
  • Support/execute enterprise software/application upgrade deployments, manage schedule, team communications, coordination, and documentation.
  • Provide leadership with status reports and performance dashboards on assigned efforts.
  • Bring strong organizational discipline and attention to detail to assigned work.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in banking, financial services, or related industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, IT, finance, or related field.
  • Prior experience with project management methodology, or CAPM credentialled.
  • Experienced in enterprise software or application upgrade initiatives.
  • Experience with project management tools and concepts.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication for diverse, cross-functional interactions.
  • Strong organizational aptitude and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks/updates/documents precisely.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify risks and issues.
  • Team player, proactive, and solution-oriented in supporting line-of-business partners in collaborative project environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Willing to travel up to 15% for onsite coordination and stakeholder collaboration.
