SUMMARY: The Field Construction Quality Manager (FCQM) will be responsible for overall quality control and have the authority to act in FCQM matters, including establishing and maintaining an effective quality management system (QMS). The FCQM will be on-site (full time) during construction whenever work is in progress. The Field Construction Quality Manager shall have experience with the processes and procedures associated with three phases of Construction Quality Control on at-risk projects ranging in size of $5M to $50M or more. Job requirements may include travel, temporary duty assignments, or relocations. Willingness to travel for project assignments is a must. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The FCQM is responsible for ensuring the overall effectiveness of the Quality System for a specific project.
