We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team for the delivery of innovative digital products in the GTS Digital Services and enhancing customer experiences.

As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Driving all activities related to the supervision, organization, execution of a digital project, including scope, time, contract cost and quality management.

• Being responsible for project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control, to fulfill customer expectations and needs according to project.

• Planning and implementing projects, managing the project scope of work and coordinating the assigned project team (including contractors).

• Interacting with customers assuring project delivery. Handling correspondence, providing updates, scheduling, execution of projects, customer satisfaction and proper communication with internal stakeholders.

• Having the ability to manage invoicing/payment collection. Identifying deliver sales and contribution margin for projects. Managing costs supporting collection/handling.

• Identifying and carefully evaluating risks and opportunities during the project lifecycle to expand the project in ways that bring value to customer and satisfy profitability requirements.

• Supporting ITO, digital sales and solution architects during change orders negotiation with the customers.
