About the role:

CLA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workday HCM Analyst to join our dynamic People Solutions (HR) team. This position will focus primarily on the talent acquisition features in Workday, including Workday recruiting and Workday candidate engagement. In addition, this role will drive enhancement and automation through the deployment of additional AI recruiting platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday's talent acquisition modules and a proven track record of implementing and optimizing these features to enhance organizational effectiveness.

As a Senior Workday HCM Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Workday Recruiting and Candidate Engagement Module Management: Responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Workday's talent acquisition suite.

  • System and Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize Workday talent acquisition features to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization. Assess and deploy additional platforms to enhance candidate and recruiter experience.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with People Solutions (HR), IT, and business leaders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate and analyze reports, related to talent acquisition, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

  • Project Management: Lead and manage talent acquisition-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and objectives.

  • User Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize the utilization of talent acquisition features.

  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that all talent acquisition processes align with industry best practices and comply with relevant regulations and standards.

  • Additional Workday HCM Support: As needed, provide support in other functional areas, such as Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Core HCM, Help or Talent Management.

What you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (combination of education, training, and experience may be considered a degree equivalent)

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in HCM, preferably with a strong focus on Workday talent acquisition modules, including implementation experience.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong working relationships.

  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.

The compensation range for this position in Minneapolis, MN is: $79,000,00 - $136,000.00
