Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing daily fingerprinting operations at assigned sites, ensuring accurate processing of confidential employee submissions. This role supervises staff, coordinates schedules, and ensures compliance with operational standards, equipment procedures, and customer service expectations. The supervisor also serves as a point of escalation for operational, security, or emergency issues. Benefits:
Job Duties: * Oversee daily fingerprinting operations, ensuring accurate, secure, and timely processing of confidential submissions. * Supervise, train, and support fingerprint technicians, enforcing professional appearance, performance standards, and procedural compliance. * Coordinate daily staffing assignments and schedules to maintain full operational coverage. * Operate and perform basic system checks on LiveScan digital fingerprinting equipment and ensure proper data entry and documentation. * Prepare clear, accurate reports and complete required administrative tasks in accordance with confidentiality requirements. * Provide customer service in a fast-paced environment and notify management of security or emergency incidents requiring resolution. * Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards * Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy. * Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and capabilities expected for this position. Qualifications: * High School diploma or GED. * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements. Preferred Qualifications: * Two years of relevant supervisory work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry. Physical requirements: * Must be able to constantly lift, move up, push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend. Working conditions: * Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime. Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements."
