| Job Summary |
The Compliance Training Coordinator coordinates the development, implementation, and administration of UT Dallas Compliance Education Programs and manages day-to-day responsibilities for assigned departmental training initiatives. |
| Minimum Education and Experience |
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and one plus years of experience with course or curriculum design, learning management systems, and/or managing training programs, or any equivalent combination of education and experience. |

- Experience managing, coordinating, and/or supporting a compliance functional area or a training management program, preferably within an institution of higher education.
- Knowledge of, or experience working with, nondiscrimination laws and/or compliance regulations.
- Experience with analytics dashboard software or similar reporting tools.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Proficiency with, or the ability to quickly learn, instructional design and training technologies, including Adobe, Articulate, e-learning platforms, KnowBe4, SCORM, and Vyond.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively support and implement educational and training programs for a variety of audiences
- Ability to adapt communication and instructional approaches to meet the needs of a variety of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems, software, and tools quickly.

| Essential Duties and Responsibilities |
The Compliance Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the development, implementation, and administration of UT Dallas Compliance Education Programs, as well as managing daily responsibilities for assigned departmental training initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer UT Dallas General Compliance Education Programs, including Annual and New Hire training, as well as any new or existing institutional compliance training programs.
- Manage, implement, and maintain course management platform(s) for the delivery of training programs and tracking mechanisms for each training period. This includes collaboration with OIT, ETS, high-risk areas, and other partners; course content creation and design; identification and enrollment of employees; communication with enrollees and management; tracking completion rates, attendance, feedback, and technical concerns; maintaining a repository of training materials; and reporting relevant data to management.
- Provide instructional and program design expertise, as well as technical assistance, to high-risk area responsible persons for the development, delivery, and support of institutional and job-specific training courses, as well as institutional compliance-related programming.
- Assist with presenting educational and informational training, developing marketing and communication awareness campaigns, and participating in outreach activities.
- Coordinate and prepare relevant metrics for regular reporting to management and for ad-hoc requests.
- Analyze trends or patterns in institutional compliance program data; identify new process improvement opportunities; and work with management to establish and maintain compliance procedures.
- Remain current on policy and procedural changes that may affect the scope or practice of compliance education programs through ongoing engagement and professional development related to accessible practices and institutional risk and compliance management.
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Work Schedule Regular working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This role may be eligible for a hybrid (partly remote/partly in-office) work schedule, subject to business need and manager approval. Individuals must live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with notice. A UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required within 14 days after approval.
