What you will do as a Triage RN:

• Assess the patient and identified actual or potential health, safety or educational needs
• Uses communication strategies to achieve desirable outcomes
• Uses systematic, comprehensive patient assessment tools, and uses protocols appropriately
• Facilitates continuity of care through interdisciplinary collaboration and coordination of appropriate health care services
• Supports with interviewing and documenting patients both directly and indirectly

What you will need:

• Current Minnesota RN License
• Associate's (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• BLS certification
• 5+ years of clinical RN experience
• Patient education and pro-active disease management experience

Position is fully remote after training is completed. May also be required to work onsite a few days per year, as needed. **

Location: Clinics and Surgery Center - Masonic Cancer Center

Hours: Casual/Per Diem
