Title: Machine Operator 1 Job Code: Department: Blades, HoleSaw The Machine Operator is responsible for operating production equipment and meeting area production goals . Duties and Responsibilities * Set up and operate assigned equipment * May use computer to load printer software * Load/unload sealing and printing equipment with product and packaging material * Recognize and react to problems with equipment, make adjustments as required * Inspect and verify product according to quality standards * Work with Set Up Technician to resolve problems with equipment * Clean equipment as required to ensure proper operation * Break down scrap packages * Able to work effectively within small teams * Accurately complete scrap tickets * Accurately complete daily production sheet * Accurately update hourly goal board * Maintain production pace and standards * Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area * Practice 5Ss Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Understand and follow verbal and written instructions * Basic math skills * Basic mechanical skills * Basic computer skills Education and Experience Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent * 0-1 years of machine operation experience Milwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer.
