Position Title: Machine Operator
Wage: $18.00 per hour Shift: 1st, 2nd QPS Employment Group has a great Machine Operator position available at a company in Davenport, IA. This is a 1st and 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire. Machine Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Load aluminum bands on automated machines. - Load rolls of wire onto automated CNC forming machines. - Assemble precut wire parts onto conveyor belt tracks. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace. - Organize and hang finished band blades on correct hooks. - Check finished blade bands for quality. Machine Operator Requirements: - Must be able to stand on feet for entire shift. - Must be able to lift and move up to 40lbs occasionally throughout shift. - Must be able to bend and crouch down occasionally throughout shift. - Must be able to repetitively bend, twist, grab, and lift up to 20lbs throughout shift. - High School Diploma. - General knowledge of manufacturing environment. - Hold a current driver's license. - Must be able to follow strict safety guidelines. - Function as a team with other personnel in the assigned department. davenport@qpsemployment.com About us: QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
