Benefits Job Description
The Office of Human Resources provides leadership in the planning, integration, and implementation of human resource services and programs for faculty, staff, and retirees across all campuses and the health system. Responsibilities
Request and review Proof of Relationship documents for compliance with medical and retiree Summary Plan Descriptions.
Completing Tier 1 process for answering unemployment claim requests through online portal and initiating communication with departments. Responsible for administration of multiple transactional tasks, ensuring accurate processing in a timely manner and attention to detail. The ability to research policies and utilize available resources for information to complete data verification is essential.

As with all positions, involvement with other duties and responsibilities may be expected in order to support the mission and purpose of the University of Missouri. Shift
Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm Minimum Qualifications
An associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in documentation or administrative processing. Anticipated Hiring Range
