Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY)is adding aQuality Liaison to Informatics and Analyticsto the group atNYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem.Harlem Hospital is a 282-bed hospital that provides a broad array of preventive, primary, and acute care services. Additionally, Harlem Hospital is a Level II Trauma Center, complete with Trauma and elective Orthopedic Surgery. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation withColumbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeonsto maintain its high healthcare delivery standards.

Opportunity Details:

  • Public Health professional with extensive experience in hospital compliance, accreditation readiness, and performance improvement.
  • Able to facilitate survey preparedness initiatives, monitor regulatory standards, develop dashboards, and educate staff on accreditation protocols.
  • Act as a liaison between Quality Management Department and Clinical Informatics;present at Hospital-wide PI Committee.
Qualifications
  • Master of Public Health, Health Policy, and Management.
  • Adept at using Premier, EPIC, Tableau, and other analytic tools to support decision - making and continuous quality improvement.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Quality Improvement and Compliance monitoring.
  • Must be familiar with DnA Epic Cogito Fundamentals.

Wages and Benefits include:

  • 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
    • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
