Description Key Responsibilities Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards. Perform assembly, material handling, cutting, packaging, or related production tasks. Review line worksheets/schedules to determine the sequence of production. Load recipes or materials used to produce products per the specific line schedules. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and production schedules. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications. Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or product defects to leadership promptly. Maintain accurate counts, labels, and production documentation as required. Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of safety hazards (5S standards). Neatly stack and tag finished product to be moved to next phase of operation or boxing, based on schedule. Assist team members and participate in cross-training to support multiple production lines. Comply with all company safety rules, including PPE requirements and safe lifting practices. Other duties as assigned based on business needs. Skills & Competencies Safety-first mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Teamwork and communication Ability to inspect materials and finished productions for quality and accuracy Ability to follow work instructions (SOPs), schedules, and safety rules Basic computer, math and, measurement skills Ability to learn new tasks and cross-train across multiple production lines Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred Work Environment & Physical Requirements Manufacturing facility with machinery, moving equipment, and varying temperatures. Requires standing for long periods and regular lifting, pulling, and pushing. Use of PPE required (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, etc.).
