Job Description The TAFT Lead Instructor and Supervisor serves as the primary in-country point of contact, overseeing all aspects of the M1A2T training program. This role includes acting as liaison between the contractor, program management, instructors, and students, while delivering instruction on specific lessons and ensuring student proficiency in each module. Responsibilities include designing, developing, administering, and grading written and practical examinations, as well as ensuring course goals and objectives are met in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The position also provides mentorship, counseling, and performance assessments for instructors and students throughout the program. Key Duties
