As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols at the assigned location, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and report any security-related concerns or incidents according to company protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to staff, visitors, and patients.
• Assist with access control by verifying identification and/or credentials as required by site policies.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities in detailed written reports as required by Allied Universal and site policies.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and/or emergency responders as needed during critical situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least one year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
