Requirements: Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below: * Strong background in over the road logistics procedures and support tactics * Experience in the logistics field related to the oil and gas industry is a plus * Be highly organized and results driven with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects, tasks and programs simultaneously, with changing priorities and deadlines * Be able to handle a strenuous workload in a fast-paced environment * Time management, organizational skills and having a strong attention to detail is a must * Strong ability to work as part of a team, as well as the ability to work independently as required * Good analytical and problem-solving skills for determining and providing logistics support and solutions * Good interpersonal skills to interact with internal/external customers, vendors and construction personnel * Ability to deal with change quickly and come up with solid resolutions * Proficient organizational, oral and written communication skills * Ability to interface efficiently and professionally with internal and external clients and suppliers * Ability to work with minimal supervision. * Strong personal computer software skills, including MS Office-Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. * Ability to manage a database of information to support the functions of the Logistics Department * Willingness to learn new methods and procedures as well adapt well in a learning environment * Strong knowledge of trucking industry terms including Over the Road (OTR), Less than Truck Load (LTL) and Small Package * Knowledgeable in different modes of OTR transport such as flatbed, stepdeck, stretch trailer, double drops and specialty trailers as well as other modes of transportation * General knowledge of 2020 Incoterms a plus * High school or GED required, Bachelor's Degree or 4 years minimum equivalent work experience * Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
