Seneca Technologiesis seeking aUser Experience (UX) Designerto support a program with the Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service. The objective of this work is to collaborate with stakeholders and developers to create visually appealing, functional, and user-friendly interfaces for digital platforms to ensure usability, accessibility, and overall satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to work seamlessly with backend developers. The UX Designer is responsible for monitoring user experience and ensuring that websites, software programs and products are easy to use. Duties include reviewing user feedback to determine potential defects or areas for clarity, working closely with stakeholders to refine user experience and performing usability tests on website features to ensure functionality.
