Overview The purpose of the Records Retrieval Agent 3 is to represent the clientele of Cotiviti in requesting and obtaining medical records from healthcare providers and, as required, process requests that require a higher level of expertise; while maintaining adequate production and quality levels through tracked metrics. Responsibilities
Contact provider offices to request copies of medical records, focusing on tier three work allocations (locations retaining 51+ records, requests aging 22 + days).

Base compensation is $17.20 an hour. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Nonexempt employees are eligible to receive overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a given week, or as otherwise required by applicable state law.
