Overview
The School of Engineering at Tufts aims to foster experiential learning opportunities for all students, particularly those within the first two years of undergraduate study. The Associate Director of Experiential Partnership Development will be responsible for establishing a plan for developing and maintaining relationships that support the School's goals related to experiential learning. The role will also contribute to the overall vision, strategy and policy for experiential learning. Reporting to the Dean of Undergraduate Education in the School of Engineering, the position holder is expected to work collaboratively with faculty and staff from across the university. Key units include the Departments in the School, Career Center, Academic Advising, Alumni Relations, Corporate and Foundation Relations, and the School of Engineering Development Team. What You'll Do Tufts University's School of Engineering seeks an Associate Director of Experiential Partnership Development to lead efforts that create and sustain partnerships delivering high-impact experiential learning opportunities for undergraduate students. This externally facing role will develop a robust pipeline of industry, alumni, and organizational relationships to support both curricular and co-curricular experiences, with a focus on students in their first two years of study. Reporting to the Dean of Undergraduate Education, the Associate Director will establish and execute strategies for partnership development, contribute to the School's vision and policies for experiential learning, and collaborate with faculty and key units across the university, including Career Services, Alumni Relations, and Corporate and Foundation Relations. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will demonstrate a track record of collaborative planning and execution that resulted in progressive responsibility related project and pipeline management. Knowledge of engineering and computer science career pathways is required. Strong communication skills and expertise in using data to inform strategy and improvement are essential for success in the role. Preference will be given to candidates that have a graduate degree in business, career development or engineering. Basic Requirements:
Pay Range Minimum $79,600.00, Midpoint $99,600.00, Maximum $119,500.00 Salary is based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity; generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range. | |
