The Thompson Center for Autism & Neurodevelopmental Disorders is excited to announce the opening of a Student Experience Coordinator position. As a growing organization dedicated to patient care, training, and research, the Thompson Center hosts 15 different specialty areas and is expanding into a new, state-of-the-art facility. This role is integral to ensuring clinical trainees have an enriching and well-coordinated experience. Key Responsibilities: * Schedule educational experiences for clinical trainees * Coordinate the Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics (DBP) Fellowship * Maintain the learner calendar for clinical divisions * Collaborate with psychiatry fellowship personnel * Provide trainees with pre-rotation information about the Thompson Center * Organize orientation sessions, overlapping didactics, journal clubs, and other educational activities * Oversee the vetting process for trainees, including access management (RedCap, shared drive, Milestone, PowerChart) * Track associated training hours * Develop practice standards for trainees and supervisors This position offers a dynamic opportunity to support future professionals and contribute to the Thompson Center's mission. Shift Type: 8am - 5pm Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Anticipated Hiring Range
