Occupational Medicine - Advanced Practice Provider

Carle Health is seeking an Occupational Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join our established practice in Urbana, Illinois.

• Full-time, hospital-employed position
• Join an established team with BC physicians and two other Advanced Practice Providers
• Clinic hours are Mon - Fri, 7 AM - 5 PM
• Modern facility with ancillary services onsite
• Responsibilities include conducting employee physicals, annual testing, fit for duty exams, worker's comp, and work injuries

Education Requirements:

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• DOT Medical Examiner certification or ability to obtain DOT Medical Examiner certification within 90 days of hire required
• Occupational Medicine experience is a plus

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current Illinois physician assistant or nurse practitioner licensure
