IT Support Specialist The IT Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of Ecumen's technology infrastructure by providing technical support, managing IT assets, coordinating with vendors, and supporting specialized applications. The targeted pay range for this job is $30.00 - $35.00 per hour. Ecumen considers a variety of factors when determining new hire pay including experience, qualifications, and, when applicable, certifications, licenses, and education.

We offer a flexible hybrid work environment, with 2 - 3 days a week in our Shoreview, Minnesota office. Essential Job Responsibilities: 1. Provides technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues ensuring resolution of support tickets and minimal disruption to business operations. 2. Manages user accounts and permissions across multiple enterprise systems, including mobile device management (MDM) configurations. 3. Supports healthcare and operational systems including electronic health records and electronic medication administration records systems management, managed print services, and coordinates with vendors for backup workstation management and emergency configurations. 4. Maintains inventory of all IT assets, including printers, workstations, and mobile devices, and oversee recycling coordination and remote sites. 5. Configures and ships laptops, printers, phones, and iOS devices, and performs workstation builds to ensure timely deployment. 6. Implements and monitors security measures such as antivirus, firewalls, and user access controls, and administer Security Awareness Training to maintain compliance with organizational standards. 7. Administers software license and assignments and supports domain management and web hosting services. 8. Participates in IT projects, recommends technology upgrades, contributes to process enhancements, and stays current on industry best practices and emerging technologies to improve organizational efficiency. 9. Perform other duties as assigned. IT Support Specialist Minimum Required Qualifications: * Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 2-3 days a week in our Shoreview, Minnesota office * Associate degree in business or technology-related field * Two years of experience in helpdesk or technical support role * Technical knowledge of industry-standard practices, including cloud computing, networking, and device management * Proficiency with Windows and iOS operating systems * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite * Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills * Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently and collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business or technology-related field * Experience with Microsoft Entra ID architecture and management * Familiarity with remote support tools and enterprise-level IT systems * Health care industry experience Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
