Job Purpose Provide endtoend leadership across safety capabilities: program assurance, our incident management system and analytics, and incident classification, investigation, and regulatory reporting (i.e. OSHA) to ensure effective programs, reliable and actionable data, and investigations that drive effective learning. Lead a team that manages daily OSHA incident data, industry benchmarking, PowerBI dashboards, trend reporting, and annual targetsetting. Drive data quality and continuous improvement by optimizing classification, tracking/trending, and reporting processes, and maintain accurate OSHA recordkeeping. Key Accountabilities
