Job Description:

You are an entry-level project coordinator who supports AI solution delivery through project coordination and technical contribution where needed. You manage project documentation, timelines, and stakeholder coordination while working alongside engineers and consultants to step in with prototyping, data preparation, and solution configuration as projects require.

What Success Looks Like
Core Responsibilities:
* Support project management tasks including scheduling meetings, tracking milestones, managing project artifacts using Azure DevOps, and communicating updates clearly across teams
* Maintain meticulous documentation of processes, resources, project statuses, and relevant communications
* Facilitate stakeholder meetings and document business needs, user stories, and technical specifications
* Support cross-functional communication and collaboration, helping to identify and mitigate risks to maintain smooth project progression
* Collaborate closely with DevOps and engineering teams to support deployment activities and ensure infrastructure aligns with project timelines and deliverables
* Create technical diagrams and translate business requirements into implementable solutions; prepare demonstrations and training materials for client presentations
* Provide hands-on technical support where needed by building prototypes, configuring AI agents, and leveraging generative AI tools for rapid prototyping and solution validation
* Stay current with emerging AI technologies and proactively share knowledge with team members

Key Skills to Apply:
* Project Coordination: Strong organizational skills to manage project artifacts, timelines, and deliverables using Azure DevOps; coordinate across technical and business stakeholders with precision
* Technical Support: Ability to step in with hands-on technical work including low-code platform configuration, AI agent setup, and rapid prototyping using AI tools
* Stakeholder Facilitation: Developing communication skills to facilitate meetings, document requirements, and translate between technical and non-technical audiences
* Requirements Translation: Ability to translate business requirements into technical diagrams, workflow designs, and implementable specifications
* AI Solution Fluency: Working knowledge of generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and ability to apply them to problem-solving and rapid validation
* Data Preparation: Proficiency with data manipulation, cleaning, and structuring to support AI testing and solution development

Performance Expectations:
* Delivery Reliability: Successfully complete 90%+ of assigned tasks and deliverables within agreed timelines with minimal revision required
* Documentation Quality: Maintain comprehensive, accurate project documentation with 95%+ stakeholder satisfaction on clarity and completeness
* Meeting Management: Schedule and coordinate project meetings with 95%+ on-time execution and complete action item tracking
* Technical Contribution: Successfully deliver technical support tasks (prototypes, demos, data prep) meeting quality standards with increasing independence
* Professional Growth: Learn new tools and platforms quickly; share at least one key learning or insight monthly with the team
* Collaboration: Work effectively across engineering, consulting, and client teams; receive positive feedback on teamwork and communication

Experience Context:
* Baseline: 0-2 years in project coordination, business analysis, or technical support roles
* Background: Recent graduate with technical degree and demonstrated aptitude for AI/ML applications, low-code development, or data analysis
* Scope: Experience with project support, requirements documentation, or technical coordination in academic or professional settings

Level-Specific Context (Staff):
* Deliver assigned project components on time and within quality standards
* Collaborate effectively with team members and demonstrate strong communication skills
* Participate in client interactions under guidance and develop client service capabilities
* Build technical and domain expertise through continuous learning and feedback application
* Contribute to team efficiency by identifying process improvements and sharing knowledge
* Maintain 100% compliance with firm standards including time entry, training, and security requirements

Success Indicators: Consistent quality delivery, positive peer feedback, documented skill progression, proactive contribution to team objectives
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations, Informatics, or related technical field with demonstrated technical aptitude; strong working knowledge of generative AI tools; proficiency with data manipulation; excellent organizational and communication skills

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $62,000 - $100,000 per year.
