What You'll Do

Intern Program Begins: May 11, 2026

Intern Program Ends: August 5, 2026

Pay Rate: $18/hr

This position will be located at our Corporate Office: 2355 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027

The Web Development intern will be involved in all aspects of managing and optimizing a website. Working with various areas within Marketing, the intern will gather a better understanding of how design, development, content, SEO and user testing come together to deliver an engaging and successful website. While the primary focus will be the website, the intern may also be exposed to other digital platforms (e.g., email, mobile app, Online Banking etc.).

  • Assist in the design and front-end development of the OneAZ website, emails and other digital platforms
  • Conducts regular user testing and debugging of website, emails, and other digital platforms
  • Support ongoing website maintenance and page creation; Including content and HTML/CSS updates, publishing alerts and back-end deployment support
  • Monitor and improve website health by auditing/QA website for page speed, performance issues, SEO and accessibility
  • Design, execute and report on usability tests to optimize website user experience
  • Assist with weekly content reporting and analytics

What You Bring

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Website Design, Website Development, or related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • All preferred but at least one of the following required:
    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, jQuery
    • Experience with Word press and/or similar content management systems
    • Familiarity with Google Product suite (Analytics, Search Console, Page Speed Insights etc.)
    • Basic understanding of SEO
  • A passion for people, innovation, and growth.
