Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Des Moines, IA 50319 Duration: 3 Months Shift Timings: 8:00-4:30 M-F Payrate: $16 per hour on w2 without benefits Job Description: Computer software to be used : MS Office Suite- Outlook, Excel, Word and then our Proprietary Web-based System. Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience: HS graduate, customer service background with at least 6 months of call center experience with high call volumes. Desired skills: Able to learn information quickly and then turn around and communicate that information to callers. Duties/Responsibilities: Will take back-to-back in bound calls dealing with unemployment experience.
