Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Pediatric Clinic Location: Torrance, CA 90502 Shift: Minimum of 2 shifts per week, or as needed (8-hour shifts) Assignment Duration: 3+ months (Long-term contract) Job Summary We are seeking experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) with a minimum of one (1) year of experience in an ambulatory pediatric or infant healthcare setting. The LVN will provide high-quality care to both ambulatory and non-ambulatory pediatric and high-risk infant patients with conditions ranging from acute surgical needs to chronic long-term illnesses. The LVN will support clinic operations by performing a wide range of patient care and clinical support activities, working closely with the nursing and medical team. Role & Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care to pediatric and high-risk infant patients. Prepare and maintain examination rooms. Assist with patient clinic visits and procedures. Support clinic workflow, including work related to an associated call center. Perform medically related tasks under appropriate supervision. Collaborate effectively with nursing and medical staff. Prioritize critical demands in a fast-paced clinical environment. Required Qualifications & Certifications: Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license. Minimum of one (1) year of ambulatory pediatric or infant care experience. AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. MAB or CPI certification. Fire and Life Safety Card (City of Los Angeles).
