You Bring:
- 2+ years in industrial electrical work (manufacturing preferred)
- Troubleshooting skills, especially with PLCs (Allen Bradley experience is a huge plus!)
- Experience with motor control systems, drives, sensors, and automation
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and schematic diagrams
- Bonus: Hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and fabrication skills
- Safety-focused with sharp attention to detail
- Familiarity with maintenance software and diagnostic tools
- Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout, PPE, confined space, and safety practices
- CPR and first aid training may be required; must pass a hands-on assessment
