Scope of Position The Distribution Center Supervisor, as part of the Watts Distribution Center leadership team, will be responsible for leading and overseeing the accurate and efficient workflow within a designated area of our distribution operations. This role requires working knowledge of warehouse automation solutions, process improvements, and operational cost management. You will foster a safe, team-oriented environment by coaching and supporting a diverse workforce. This position reports to the Director, Distribution Centers. This is an onsite role and is based in Franklin, NH. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieve process improvements by focusing on accuracy, customer value, order flow and schedules, inventory, and expense management.
- Spend most of your workday on the floor coaching diverse teams, providing specific and accurate feedback on performance, strengths, and development opportunities.
- Motivate, recognize, and reward individual and team accomplishments.
- Clarify roles and responsibilities to ensure team members understand their goals.
- Write and administer annual performance evaluations for associates, engaging in ongoing career development and performance discussions.
- Track labor productivity and measurements, improving performance versus prior year and set goals.
- Utilize understanding of the larger supply chain network to lead and meet departmental goals.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, propose new ideas, and provide recommendations for standardized process solutions.
- Maintain relationships with brand partners and partners across the logistics network.
- Eliminate non-value-added activities and inefficiencies through decision-making, risk management, and cost analysis.
- Demonstrate proficiency in scheduling, expediting, planning, and coaching.
- Promote safety leadership by ensuring a healthy environment for all team members.
- Directly supervise 15+ hourly employees, promoting teamwork in a diverse setting.
- Responsibilities directly tied to Watts Value (Integrity, Accountability, Continuous Improvement, Transparency).
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree (or higher) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 3+ years of supervisory experience in distribution operations.
- Proficiency with ADP warehouse and distribution management software.
- Experience in process improvement and leading organizational changes.
- Lean, Continuous Improvement, or formal Six Sigma training preferred.
- Ability to forecast needs and deliver well-supported recommendations.
- Experience communicating issues and solutions to senior management.
- Proven leadership abilities, with success in developing talent in a high-volume, customer-focused environment.
- Demonstrated skill in collaborating with colleagues of varying responsibility and expertise.
- Strong conflict resolution and solution-focused mindset.
- Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
- Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks, including background checks, drug test, other physical tests based on the requirements for the position, and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean, Continuous Improvement, or formal Six Sigma training, including certifications preferred.
- Working knowledge of SAP in a distribution environment strongly preferred.

Working Conditions While performing the job duties, you will be working onsite in a distribution facility. You will be required to work at the Company's Watts- Franklin, NH location. Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager. Physical Requirements: Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods.
- Ability to physically move around the office, organize or transport files, packages, or other office-related materials.
- Ability to read documents, use a computer, and perform data entry tasks.
- Ability to communicate clearly with management and coworkers, particularly in meetings or phone calls.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.
