This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned real estate professional to step into a leadership role on a top team within a nationally recognized platform. This hybrid role is ideal for a candidate who combines institutional-level underwriting and financial analysis and/or best-in-class marketing, branding, and transaction execution, with the operational mindset of a COO. You will serve as the execution engine and operational backbone of the team-driving deal flow, coordinating people and processes, and ensuring that every client experience, marketing initiative, and transaction meets the highest professional standard, exceeding client expectations. You will work directly with the team leader and senior brokers, acting as a trusted advisor and day-to-day operator while overseeing analysts, marketing resources, interns, and transaction workflows. Pursuant to state/local law, Colliers is disclosing the following information: Area/Location Specific: Onsite - Los Angeles, CA (Brentwood) Approximate salary range for this Role: $105,000 - $130,000 USD Additional variable bonus participation is available and determined by experience and performance on the job. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
