We're looking for a Health Services Manager - Registered Nurse/RN to join our team! In this role, you'll coordinate and manage the delivery of health care services, supervise the nursing staff, and provide training to employees as needed. The role includes: * Leading your team: You will supervise nursing staff, manage their schedules, and evaluate their performance. * Ensuring high-quality care: You'll coordinate all medical services for individuals, from scheduling appointments to ensuring medication is administered correctly. * Maintaining compliance: This includes keeping detailed medical records, completing required reports, and training new staff on all healthcare procedures. * Handling on-call duties as needed. SCHEDULE: Days, Salaried, hours will vary based on needs of individuals in agency and department. On-call responsibilities during the week to support the agency and rotating on weekends to support the Nebraska agencies. Position located in Beatrice.
