What you'll do:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement (interviews, surveys, workshops) and ensure alignment with project objectives.

* Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement; model current and future workflows using process mapping tools.

* Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and develop specifications, diagrams, and models to guide solution design.

* Act as liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

* Collaborate with IT and development teams to design solutions that meet business goals and technical standards.

* Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) plans; validate solutions against requirements and coordinate issue resolution.

* Support implementation of new systems or processes, including user training and creation of documentation such as manuals and guides.

* Monitor project progress, manage requirements throughout the lifecycle, and communicate updates to stakeholders and project managers.

* Gather feedback post-implementation to measure outcomes and recommend process or system enhancements.

* Research and recommend tools, methods, and best practices to improve requirements gathering, documentation, and solution delivery.

* Provide guidance to team members and perform other related duties as assigned.

* Serve as the project manager for initiatives when a dedicated project manager is not assigned, overseeing project planning, coordination, and execution.

What you need to be successful:

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in business solutions analysis or related role.
Core Skills:
Proficient in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Skilled in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and user acceptance testing.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
Understanding of core organizational applications and basic network concepts.
Analytical & Problem-Solving:
Strong ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions.
Communication & Collaboration:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage stakeholders effectively.
Project & Change Management:
Experience supporting implementation, training, and change management initiatives.
