Essential Functions

  • Monitor and analyze admissions data on a weekly basis to identify and interpret trends, patterns, and opportunities to support patient census growth; make recommendations to attract new patients, improve referral-to-admission conversion, and identify potential causes of, and ways to mitigate, patient transfers.
  • Actively manage and own relationships with internal physician partners and external medical providers in the community, including nephrology stakeholders and care transitions teams (discharge planners, case management), identifying and addressing any potential barriers to referrals and admissions and increasing awareness of IRC in the medical community.
  • Outreach to hospitals, physicians, and health systems to establish relationships and create new potential referral sources for in-center dialysis, home dialysis programs, and other opportunities (field-based, on-site outreach).

  • 5+ years of proven success in healthcare, marketing, provider relations, or business development.
  • 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
  • Dialysis, nephrology, kidney care, or dialysis-adjacent experience is strongly preferred (dialysis provider, home dialysis, renal device, renal pharma, CKD/ESRD services).
