Summary of Position

In your role as Senior Manager, HRBP, you will assess and anticipate our HR needs, acting as liaison between our HR department and upper management. You'll leverage your strategic HR management skills to develop solutions that align our HR programs and policies with our high-level business objectives. Serving as an employee champion and change agent,you'llbring value to both our company and our employees, in an exciting growth environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Relationship Management

• Provide strategic business partnership and coaching to Teladoc's managers andleaders

• Develop and maintain an effective working knowledge ofTeladoc's mid- and long- range plans, its culture, and its competition

• Meet regularly with various department heads to assess and advise on current employee needs

• Work closely with management and employees to continually enhance workingrelationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

• Build strong relationships with key people in the client group by frequently connecting with them about their concerns and insights

• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) to enhanceorganizational effectiveness

• Partnering with our legal department as needed, maintain in-depth knowledge oflegalrequirements related to HR and employee management, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance

• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective,thoroughand objective investigations as needed

• Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and processes

• Provide consultative advice related to business unit restructure, workforceplanningand succession planning

• Assist in driving various HR initiatives: performance management, goal setting, merit reviews and employee career development

Qualifications Expected for Position

• 10+ years' experience as an HR Business Partner

• 6+ years' experience with management coaching

• Previous international exposure/assignment with ability to work across variouscultures

• Demonstrable success designing and implementing performance management and employee relations programs

• A people-person mindset, with a natural knack for building relationshipsandrapport at alllevels of an organization

• Experience and effectiveness working with senior leaders and associates thatare located remotely

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability toprovidepresentations in a productive, compelling manner

• Natural and effective coaching/mentoring style

• Deep understanding of HR functions, policies, and best practices

• Knowledge of employment/labor law

• Demonstrated project management and change management skills

• The drive of a self-starter, with the ability to lead programs independently

• Business acumen and strong consultative skills

• Strong business ethics

The base salary range for this position is$130,000 - $155,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2026.Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
