Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM Type: Longterm contract (potential for permanent placement if a vacancy opens) Overview A Desktop Support Technician is needed to join a team of six DTS professionals providing onsite technical support to more than 400 users across multiple facilities. Key Responsibilities * Provide handson desktop support in an enterprise environment, including troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, and standard productivity applications. * Image, configure, and deploy laptops and desktops using SCCM, MEM, Intune, or similar enterprise management tools. * Install, update, and maintain software, patches, and security updates. * Support and troubleshoot a wide range of peripherals, including printers, mobile devices, and A/V equipment. * Perform hardware swaps, workstation setups, and newuser onboarding. * Deliver responsive, customerfocused technical assistance across multiple sites. Required Experience * Several years of inperson desktop support in a midsized or large enterprise environment. * 3+ years of experience imaging and deploying systems using SCCM/MEM/Intune or equivalent tools. * 3+ years supporting common office peripherals (printers, mobile devices, A/V equipment, etc.). Preferred / NicetoHave Skills * Active Directory (user management, group membership, password resets) * Experience with deployment and imaging workflows * Familiarity with enterprise IT operations Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Kenosha, WI.
