POSITION SUMMARY: Plans, designs, prepares interior design construction documents relating to additions, alterations and renovations. Reviews performance of existing materials and provides direction for the interior design standards for finishes and furniture. Performs design efforts under the supervision of the department leadership. This sequence of job titles is structured to reflect an employee's increasing technical capabilities in the field of Interior Design.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture is preferred for all job titles but may be waived in accordance with the job experience requirements. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

WORK EXPERINCE: Interior Designer I Bachelor's Degree 0 yrs interior design Associate's Degree 6 yrs interior design High School Diploma 10 yrs interior design Interior Designer II Bachelor's Degree 2 yrs interior design Associate's Degree 8 yrs interior design High School Diploma 12 yrs interior design Senior Interior Designer Bachelor's Degree 5 yrs interior design* Associate's Degree 8 yrs interior design* High School Diploma 12 yrs interior design* *Plus, two (2) years contemporary experience in the design of medical facilities or similar such building projects. Salary Range: Minimum /hour - Maximum /hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
