Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor entrances, patrol designated areas, and provide a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. This role is a driving post, requiring you to operate a vehicle as part of your duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including access control at the location.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including emergency response activities as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and perimeter to help to deter security-related risks.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Work collaboratively with property management, tenants, and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and provide assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• This is primarily a driving post.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
