GENERAL FUNCTION
The Retail Marketing & Visual Merchandising Specialist ensures the flawless execution of all Visual Merchandising (VM) and In-Store Communication initiatives across Luxury House Brands. This role supports brand excellence in-store by delivering consistent visual standards, managing local VM needs, coordinating with corporate teams, and enhancing the customer experience in alignment with luxury positioning.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Execute in-store VM campaigns across multiple luxury brands, including flagship windows, seasonal displays, and special events, ensuring flawless adaptation of global campaigns to local store formats
  • Develop and provide clear visual guides, implementation instructions, and VM compliance reporting to monitor adherence to brand standards, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage inventory of reusable props, VM materials, and in-store communication kits, coordinating logistics for new openings, renovations, seasonal updates, and special initiatives.
  • Serve as primary contact for local store VM needs, coordinating with corporate teams and vendors for production, installation, logistics, and short-term initiatives.
  • Manage vendor relationships, track POs, invoices, and budgets to ensure timely execution, accurate reporting, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Design and deliver monthly training sessions for new hires, managers, and sales associates, focusing on brand heritage, product knowledge, and luxury service standards.
  • Ensure that training reinforces the premium positioning of the brand while enhancing in-store customer experience.
  • Coordinate the distribution and programming of digital content across in-store signage, ensuring alignment with physical VM campaigns
  • Maintain up-to-date operational store information (addresses, hours, services) across online channels to guarantee accurate brand representation.
  • Partner with local brand teams (Marketing, Operations, Store Leadership) to ensure smooth implementation of corporate initiatives.
  • Participate in regional meetings, providing insights and updates on VM compliance, store performance, and local market needs.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • 3+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations, or Marketing within luxury or premium retail.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to executive-level quality.
  • Proven experience managing external vendors and coordinating logistics.
  • Familiarity with financial processes, including PO management, invoicing, and budget tracking.
  • Strong communication, training, and public speaking skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work cross-functionally across global and local teams.
  • Willing to travel domestically - some evenings and weekends

Pay Range:68,640.00-87,201.82

This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
