Your work helps advance new treatments while building trust with the people who volunteer to be part of important clinical research.

Why This Role Matters

You'll be one of the first connections our participants make during the screening process. Your accuracy protects participant safety, and your communication helps them feel informed and supported. If you enjoy hands-on clinical work, meaningful interaction, and a role where your attention to detail truly matters, this is an excellent opportunity.

What You'll Do

  • Review and verify participant medical records to confirm they meet study criteria.
  • Update and maintain accurate records within our electronic database.
  • Follow up with participants by phone or in writing, including communication of clinically significant results or clarifying documentation needs.
  • Partner with physicians to ensure timely approval of medical files.
  • Perform quality checks on screening documents to keep studies audit-ready.
  • Update reports once participants are accepted onto a study.
  • Assist with gathering data for team performance indicators.
  • Support inter-study transfers and ensure clear communication of updates.
  • Prepare participant letters and ensure proper delivery.
  • Support additional clinical tasks as needed.

What You Bring

  • HS diploma
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (understand messages, communicate on job-related topics, and write simple messages).
  • Attention to details
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
  • In lieu of a degree, 2 years of relevant experience is acceptable.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and clinical software.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with participants.
  • Experience working in a regulatory or compliance-focused environment is an asset.

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • You'll contribute directly to clinical studies that may change the future of patient care.
  • You'll work alongside a supportive team that values compassion, accuracy, and growth.
  • You'll gain meaningful experience in clinical research that can support long-term career development.
