As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media location. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a technology and media environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for tech/media/telecom locations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual or suspicious behavior throughout the location.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
• Collaborate with site personnel and/or local authorities as needed during incidents or emergencies.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• CPR or first aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
