Aquent has an exciting opportunity for a Field/Sales Marketing Professional in the United States!

This role is 100% remote. We will only consider candidates who currently live within the United States. Out-of-country candidates will not be considered.

In addition, to be considered for this role, you must:



  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position

You will be at the forefront of developing and managing a wide array of marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on agent education and content creation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, capable of navigating complex marketing processes, including legal and compliance reviews. You will be instrumental in translating strategic objectives into actionable marketing materials, ensuring they are not only engaging but also fully compliant with industry regulations.

**What You'll Do:**

* Manage the development and deployment of agent-facing educational materials that support the organization's full product portfolio and other key topics.

* Quickly grasp new processes and operate with a high degree of independence within established procedures.

* Conduct initial reviews of deliverables to ensure strict alignment with creative campaign briefs and messaging frameworks.

* Facilitate brand reviews with the internal creative agency and stakeholder reviews of educational resources, such as webinars, emails, web pages, and one-pagers, designed for sales agents.

* Assist with compliance reviews for agent content pieces, utilizing internal review tools.

* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including internal creative agencies, legal and compliance departments, and business partners, representing our team and providing progress updates on projects.

* Own and manage project timelines efficiently to ensure deliverables launch seamlessly in accordance with critical campaign periods.

* Utilize project management software to track and update project progress as steps are completed.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

* 10+ years of progressive marketing experience.

* Demonstrated experience in assisting with the development and deployment of marketing materials.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

* Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* A genuine passion for contributing to an organization dedicated to continuously improving consumer experiences.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with various project management tools.

* Prior experience working in an agency setting or within an in-house agency.

* Copywriting or creative editing experience.

* Experience in a regulated industry, particularly with regulatory or compliance aspects.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $34.14 to $37.93 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
