Description
We are seeking an Office/Facilities Clerk for our office support team. The Clerk handles a variety of logistical, operational, and clerical tasks throughout the office floors. With a helpful attitude and cordial demeanor, the Clerk will approach each day ready to handle anything from ordering supplies, processing mail, troubleshooting all office equipment, maintaining kitchens and relocating employees throughout the office space. Using primarily Microsoft Outlook and some Excel, as well as an online ticket system, the Clerk will follow standard operating procedures, while having the freedom to be creative and explore opportunities to improve efficiency. The Clerk also contributes to security and safety by adhering to building security policies and assisting with the coordination of fire drills. Location This position is based out of the Milliman office in Chicago, IL. Candidates hired into this role must be willing to work onsite full-time. The expected application deadline for this job is January 1, 2026. Compensation The overall salary range for this role is $47,380 - $73,370. A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Employees in this role are eligible for overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek.
