Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Shift: Nights | 12-hour Rotating Shift | 7 PM - 7:30 AM

Will train on the day shift for the first 4 - 6 weeks

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous machine operator experience (preferably in a food-grade facility)
• Basic computer skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude

On the Job

• Operate and oversee production line machines from start to finish
• Start, stop, and adjust equipment as needed
• Monitor parison and material controls
• Conduct regular quality checks and visual inspections
• Prepare machines for mold changes
• Ensure products meet quality and quantity standards, documenting any issues
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and promote teamwork
