| Primary Purpose of Position |
This position provides the day-to-day administration for the Office of Student Development and Success in the College of Engineering. |
| Minimum Education/Experience |
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from high school and one year of related office experience; or an equivalent combination of education
and experience. |
| Essential Job Duties |
This position provides the day-to-day administration for the Office of Student Development and Success in the College of Engineering. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greet the public and answer requests for general information.
- Organizing for Student Success programs, including catering, space reservations, and parking logistics etc.
- Ordering supplies needed for courses and programs.
- Using NinerEngage, Email, Web, and Social Media platforms to encourage participation in student programs
- Assist students with questions regarding registration or locating advisor information.
- Report and track building issues
- Communicate with faculty, students, staff, and others

Provide support as needed to assist other staff and administrators in the Department. |
| Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education |
- Experience working with students in an educational setting.
- Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Documents, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written)
- Organizational skills with digital and physical files
- Interest in supporting student success through learning about the student programs and being an advocate for the students, faculty, and staff in the department.
