This role is integral to the development, delivery, and sustainment of realistic multi-domain training environments that enable units to rehearse Information Operations, Cyber, Electronic Warfare, and complex operational problem sets inside the SITE platform.

The FSR acts as the primary on-site interface between the customer and the company-translating USMC training objectives into actionable build requirements, advising on scenario design, and ensuring the technical and operational fidelity of the environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the on-site technical and operational expert for the SITE platform at Twentynine Palms.

  • Work directly with USMC training staff, exercise controllers, and unit leadership to understand training objectives and convert them into platform requirements.

  • Design and support the construction of realistic multi-domain operational environments-including information, influence, and cyber components-inside the SITE ecosystem.

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (product, engineering, IO, cyber, EW) to communicate customer needs, timelines, and training priorities.

  • Provide day-to-day support during exercises, rehearsals, and scenario development cycles.

  • Troubleshoot user issues, provide operator instruction, and ensure platform uptime and readiness.

  • Deliver briefings, documentation, and feedback to stakeholders at both SITE and USMC.

  • Travel as required (including OCONUS) to support customer events, demonstrations, or expansion to additional sites.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Information Operations / Influence Operations, including employment in training or operational contexts.

  • Ability to translate high-level training objectives into realistic technical and scenario requirements.

  • Excellent communication skills-able to brief senior leaders and collaborate across diverse technical and operational teams.

  • Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Comfort with modern software tools and web-based platforms.

Nice to Have
  • Prior DoD experience, especially with USMC, SOF, or joint/coalition training environments.

  • Experience supporting large-scale exercises, CTC rotations, or MDO/IO scenario development.

  • Prior experience as a FSR, instructor, or operational planner.

Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
