FinTech and Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) is one of the key growth pillars within Deutsche Bank. The Fintech and VASP pillar is part of Merchant Solution within the Corporate Bank.

Within Fintech and VASP Product Management, we are looking for a product manager to support the development and execution of our global FinTech and VASP strategy, acting as (I) the focal contact point for sales colleagues in Europe, Americas and AMEA, understanding changes in client needs and market developments; (II) connection between various internal key stakeholders and enablers for the FinTech client segment; and (III) a strong proactive support for various administrative tasks.

What You'll Do

  • Closely monitor market developments and engage with clients and business on the strategic outlook and demand for new products and features. Structure solutions that fit client requirements and provide specialist advice to clients
  • Assess and document new FinTech & VASP flows in close co-operation with multiple departments and ensure full compliance with internal procedures, external regulations and best practice standards
  • Work in close co-operation with clients, business and support departments in assessing new demands and advise on feasibility to support
  • Translate client and internal demand into requirements and projects and assure end-to end implementation of new solutions, which among others consist of the technical implementation, business and operational readiness
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Fintech and VASP control framework as well as the effectiveness of the Fintech and VASP ecosystem within DB

Skills You'll Need

  • Relevant professional experience in either the payment, fintech or banking industry working in a product/program management role
  • Proven track record on cross-divisional work (sales, product, delivery and brings product manager and project management skills in the delivery of segment initiatives
  • Sound understanding of Corporate Banking and Transaction Banking in the US region with expertise on regulation and industry practice
  • Analytical, strategic skill-set, good understanding of market and banking products
  • Self-starting- able to manage tasks independently, expand knowledge into different areas and combine analytical work with the ability to drive projects on your own

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $140,000 to $217,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
